The Web is big… really, really big.

There are at a current estimate 7million uk domains registered. The Anyname domain portfolio comprises a very small proportion of those, yet within that will be a small number of domains whose relevance, despite their generic nature, will conflict with the interest of others, either through a business, or personal capacity.

Anyname take their responsibilities as registrar and Nominet member seriously, and only register domains with a generic terminology – common words, phrases, idioms, anagrams etc. We do not typosquat, we do not cybersquat.

When enquiring about our domains, please take this on board. We will not deal with third parties who assert ‘rights’ over a domain, including but not exclusively, trademarks within one or more categories.
