AffiliStore Enhanced has reached the final RC. I’m happy enough that the vast majority of issues have been resolved and that any further ones coming out of the active use of the product can be dealt with. AffiliStore Enhanced will start with version 2.5.

Why 2.5? Well iWatches was version1 built on AffiliStore v2. When AffiliStore v2.01 came out I moved to v2. Incremental changes and code restructuring have brought it to v2.5 with any major database changes moving it up a notch. Anyone with knowledge of software release cycles may not have dozed off by now!

Each release has been tested with a live site, some updated. Current 2.5 sites include NavSat & Watchtime and the forthcoming chronowatch.co.uk, laptopsonline.co.uk and matchday.co.uk, as well as 20+ more similar sites.

Those of you checking out the demo at AffiliStore Enhanced will have noticed the range of WireFrame templates based on the twilight theme. These will be made available at a very reasonable price. Many more variants of these, a few more in the pipeline, as well as custom themes will be forthcoming.

There will be a dedicated AffiliStore Enhanced page on the site with release schedules and plans in the near future, and demo will move accordingly.

The ASE2.5 and future releases will be available through the Affiliate Stores site, and bug & product tracking will be done on the forum there.

AffiliStore Enhanced will eventually move in 2009 to the planned Affiliate Success site along with future affiliate products. Qinetix for wordpress will eventially go to qinetix.co.uk

AffiliStore Enhanced v2.5 will be released on 15th Nov.
